The Autumn Induction Journey is more than just an introduction; it’s the beginning of an exciting career path for Deloitte's newest professionals. Running from 8 to 11 October, the event combines both in-person sessions and virtual training modules, allowing new joiners to immerse themselves in the firm’s core values and strategic vision. Through interactive workshops, team-building activities, and networking events, participants build lasting connections that will help them thrive in their new roles.

Key figures at Deloitte, including Christian van Dartel (People & Purpose Leader), Sandrine Muller (Partner and Women in Leadership Advocate), and Jerome Lecoq (Risk & Reputation Leader), delivered presentations that inspired and informed the newcomers. They introduced the firm’s commitment to lifelong learning, diversity, and innovation, offering insights into the various internal initiatives and career advancement paths available.
