Deloitte Luxembourg

This year, Deloitte ACG (Advisory & Consulting Group) Luxembourg participated again in the DCE (Deloitte Central Europe) Consulting Summer SWAP (exchange) program, a short-term, 4-week exchange program with other DCE offices allowing selected Consultants and Senior Consultants to exchange best practices with their hosting Office and develop an international network of professional contacts.

What advice would you give to someone looking to start their career in Advisory & Consulting?

"If you're starting in Consulting, move forward with curiosity and a structured approach: analyzing and solving problems will quickly become your daily allies. Take advantage of every assignment to explore different sectors and suggest ideas, even small ones – we often learn by daring. And most importantly, keep this in mind: alone you go faster, but together you go further!"
