Under this year's motto “FOR HUMAN RIGHTS. Many. Together. Strong!", around 40 INVERTOS together with their spouses, friends and kids joined our BCG colleagues at the Cologne Pride parade to show their solidarity with the LGBTQAI+ community. We are extremely happy to see our DE&I and PRIDE communities growing. The mission of DE&I@INVERTO is to create a workplace that enables us to bring unique and diverse perspectives, backgrounds and life experiences to support our clients, our people, and our company.
