Fun fact

In 2017, the Fyre Festival should have been the most luxurious and awesome festival the world had ever seen. Bespoke advertising and promotions flooded social media to tell us all about how great it would be... In reality, what was supposed to go “beyond the limits of impossibility” turned into a major fiasco. Artists pulled out, service providers weren’t paid and festival-goers (who’d shelled out thousands of dollars for their tickets) were shoved in makeshift tents and, instead of the much-hyped gourmet food, were served plain dry sandwiches. A lesson for us all: never over-promise and under-deliver. The documentary Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened is well-worth a watch!
