At Dior, we are designers of responsible futures.

On the occasion of LVMH’s Voices of Inclusion Week, Christian Dior Couture is proud to be part of the #VoicesOfInclusion campaign, an initiative that highlights our collective commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone is welcome, respected, and represented.

To mark this launch, the House is spotlighting its award-winning Disability Inclusion Policy, recognized by the LVMH Inclusion Index Award in the ‘Disability Inclusion’ category. This policy underscores Dior’s commitment to empowering, recruiting, and supporting people with disabilities.

With 1 in 6 people worldwide affected by disability, Dior recognizes the importance of a workplace that champions inclusivity and accessibility for all. That is why the House’s Disability Inclusion Policy is designed around 5 key pillars: establishing innovative disability agreements, enhancing recruitment of people with disabilities, ensuring sustained employee support, developing strategic partnerships with associations, and fostering workplace awareness through educational initiatives.
