They've just been graduated from the Cream University, our in house learning program. Through a mix of tools, analysis grids and communication techniques, the program helps develop skills, strengthen relationships and build a shared language for smoother collaboration. Congratulations to this new promotion for its work!

Last Friday, we gathered for a dinner to come together one last time before the holiday season. A perfect moment to reconnect, share laughs, and celebrate another great year as a team. A big thank you to our Event Team, who once again organized a wonderful evening and never run out of ideas to make every moment special! 💛
Today, a group of brave Creamers take on the Stairs for Life challenge: climb the 34 floors - 696 steps - of the Belfius Tower to support Viva For Life. This was more than a physical challenge, it was a moment of solidarity, team spirit and shared purpose. With an average time of 8 minutes and 20 seconds, we reached the top with burning legs, big smiles and a lot of pride. 👟 A big shoutout to our volunteering service for the organization.
