What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
#DreamInDior, for me, is the expression of a Dream where luxury and art are both told and lived. It’s the idea of evolving in a world where every detail matters, where each creation carries the legacy of unique craftsmanship, and where the boldness of the House is reflected in a constant pursuit of beauty and excellence. It’s also the privilege of being part of a world where we are encouraged to Dream big, to dare to take initiative, and to embody the Dior spirit every day, not only through the collections but in the experience offered to each Client.
What amazes you the most about your work?
What fascinates me at Dior is how the values of the House are naturally reflected in every daily gesture. It's in the attention to detail and the care given to each Client. What I particularly appreciate is the opportunity to spend a privileged and unique moment with them, to be able to pass on and offer them a piece of the House’s heritage.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Being part of this House means evolving in an environment that values creativity, boldness, and excellence. It’s about learning from Monsieur Dior’s legacy while having the freedom to express your own individuality. The House pushes me to constantly improve, to strive to be a better version of myself every day, and to embrace the idea that personal and professional growth comes through the pursuit of excellence.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When I face challenges, I draw strength from the energy of our boutique team. I want to aknowledge the incredible managers in my department. Céline Pan, whose kindness and integrity are a constant source of inspiration. Solene Foment, who’s always there when needed, dependable and caring. Florian Lempereur, with his passion and energy that push us all to do better. And Alina Dudkina, for her quick thinking and dynamic approach that help keep everything running smoothly. They’re the people who make challenges easier to face every day.
