At #Dior, we are proud to invest in the next generation of Talents.

Since the beginning of the year, the House of Dior has welcomed over 200 interns & apprentices to engage in Lunch & Learn sessions – unique occasions dedicated to discovering the diversity of métiers and career paths at Christian Dior Couture – from Retail and Visual Merchandising to Fashion Styling, Social Media, Product Management, Sourcing Management, and beyond.

Xin CHEN, Apps & Data Digital Client Service Assistant, shares: ‘These sessions provide fascinating insights into the different métiers at Dior. The career journey of our speaker, from intern to manager, was inspiring and revealed the powerful blend of creativity and strategy that shapes Dior's presence.’

Aela Mahé, HR Administrative Assistant, adds: ‘Participating in the Lunch & Learn sessions is always a rewarding experience. For my role in Human Resources, it provides valuable insights into the Maison's operational métiers. The speakers are incredibly welcoming, making each session both enjoyable and instrumental in my professional growth.’
