What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
#DreamInDior is the fulfilment of a lifelong Dream to work at Dior. Being part of such an iconic Maison feels truly special, allowing me to contribute to its legacy while growing both personally and professionally. It’s a unique experience that inspires me to aim higher every day.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What fascinates me the most is the incredible technical expertise involved in shoe development. It’s amazing to witness the evolution of a shoe from the very first stages of creation, transforming an idea into a crafted product through precision and innovation.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Attending meetings and listening to the teams discuss a variety of topics has deepened my understanding of the challenges involved in collection development for a prestigious house like Dior. It has broadened my perspective and helped me appreciate the complexity behind every decision.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
I rely on my two managers, Arnaud Studler and Ludovica Licori, who generously share their experiences and knowledge with me. Their guidance is invaluable. I can also count on my co-intern, Margot Colaianni, who has become a friend and is there to support me whenever I have questions.
