The ECCO Graduate Programme is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career with the world as your professional playground.

Over the course of 2 years, you will have the ability to build a global network and a commercial understanding of the intricacy of our multinational company. You will be exposed to our leather and shoe production and retail, alongside 3 rotations in different business functions of the business. Minimum one will be with an HQ focused and at least one will be abroad in one of our production or sales units - this means you will be pushed out of your comfort zone both professionally and personally. You will have to navigate the challenges of living abroad whilst working in functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Sales, Product...

Simultaneously we will supplement your learning with 4 learning hubs throughout the programme which will include soft- and hard-skill workshops and business cases, supported by our senior leaders.

Our aim is to give you a great start to your career by building a global network and a cross-functional commercial understanding - unique insights that you can use in your lifelong career.
