We are looking for degrees in Top Engineering or Business Schools, or degrees in Science such as Mathematics, Physics, DataScience... 

Qualified candidates are dynamic and independent individuals, who can:

• on one side perform rigorous quantitative analyses
• and on the other side find creative solutions using their business sens and their ability to read between the lines of complex human or business situations. 

You can enter our company at 2 levels :

• Associate Consultant (just graduated)
• Consultant (2+ years of experience or significant additional academic experience after graduation)

On a day-to-day basis within Mars&Co, you will:

• participate in all the quantitative and business analyses 
• interface with clients at the Top Level 
• work with high skilled colleagues in a very positive atmosphere 
• be trained and mentored by one of our seniors
