As we wrap up Engineering Week, we're thrilled to highlight Luisa Helena Nascimento, a dedicated Production Engineer with a passion for technical ingenuity and collaboration.

Luisa's journey with us began in 2015 as a process engineering intern. Over the past decade, she has made significant contributions in both process and production engineering. Her proudest moment was when she worked on a project which automated the Nitric Acid Unit and centralized operations, enhancing safety and efficiency.

If Luisa were a chemical element, she would be carbon, symbolizing her belief in the importance of forming strong, meaningful connections in both her professional and personal life.
