We make sure that all of our employees have Personal Development Plans. Alongside this, we put coaching and mentoring systems in place, via the manager and buddy carefully assigned to each individual. Everyone is actively encouraged to take on stretching projects and to make the most of a range of online courses. Moreover, every graduate who joins us enjoys taking on plenty of responsibility, alongside the opportunity to have an impact on our global business. We’re also big on succession planning. There’s no shortage of new opportunities at Amazon and we aim to promote internally– and empower our own people– wherever possible.
