Adobe EMEA Intern Summit 2023 - One day, two locations, 130 Interns

The EMEA Talent University Team brought together 130 interns from Ireland, Armenia, the UK, Romania, France, and Germany for an Intern Summit across two locations: Bucharest and London.
The theme was ‘The future is yours, create it’, and the sessions were centered around our core values.  

Highlights from the Bucharest Tech Summit:
Self-Confidence and Outcome Ownership by Magda Miu and Alexandru Marin. An interactive learning session that helped the interns identify their primary goals and how to act around them. The speakers offered a new perspective and a set of tools to put into practice.  


Tech Quiz by Razvan Cirlugea - Software Engineer at Adobe. Razvan stole the show with his energy and brought out the competitive spirit in our interns. The session concluded with interesting facts about Adobe and a celebration of the winning team.

Highlights from the London Non-Tech Summit:
Inspirational speech by Natalie Campbell, who shared her incredible journey and insights of being a CEO. Her story left our interns motivated and empowered to pursue their dreams relentlessly and never give up.  

Product Powers session with Maddy Moss: The interns got hands-on experience with our cutting-edge creative products. Maddy's workshop on introduction to generative fill with Photoshop was a great activity.

Our interns got to connect and network with their peers, meet Adobe leaders, and experience what #Adobelife has to offer. It was incredible to see young talent igniting creativity, building relations, and nurturing their learning journey throughout their experience at Adobe.
