#DreamInDior, for me, is where my dream of working in the world of luxury becomes a reality. Not only can I shape my future career, Dior pushes me to grow further, encourages me to innovate, think outside the box, and excel in digital.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me the most in my work is the dynamic and fast-paced environment. The opportunity to collaborate with various markets at the headquarters level allows me to gain a comprehensive overview, connect with different markets, and stay updated with global trends.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior helps me grow on a daily basis by enhancing both my hard and soft skills through active involvement in the team mission. Being included in digital projects allows me to make impactful contributions and take responsibility for my work. This hands-on experience is instrumental in my continuous development.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
My team is always there to support me during difficulties, and my manager Anh-Thú is patient, encouraging me to solve problems independently while providing opportunities to refine my skillset. I'm grateful for their support and the collaborative atmosphere that enhances my problem-solving skill.
