Work in Dior is very important step for me that demonstrate the result of my hard work, study and previous experience! It is new step that opens new perspectives and make me target new goals! Dior is shaping my career by giving me the opportunity to gain deep insights seeing how Luxury brand like Dior operates at every level. It’s about understanding the internal processes and learning how all departments collaborate to create a seamless luxury experience for the final customer. What amazes you the most in your work? For me E-merchandising is the perfect mix of analytical and creative parts during my work. The brightest memory for the last few months during my internship is shooting of Summer 25 collection. We had the opportunity to see the whole process, starting from the fitting till the final visuals which will be live in 6 months. Having the opportunity to work with content and help to launch new collections, doing merchandising of the page depending on many factors such as stock level, season, collection is very exciting for me! How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior is unique experience, which helps me grow by encouraging a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. From working with different departments such as Marketing Performance, CRM, and Business analytics, I gain new insights into how every aspect of the business contributes to a seamless customer journey. Dior also empowers me to take ownership of projects and encourages me to experiment with both analytically and creatively in my approach. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?   I am very lucky to have my manager, Céline Nguyen, near me during my internship! From the first day, Céline was super kind and is always ready to help and explain everything in detail! We worked together with Emilie Rimeau, Jade Arbousse, and Meiyi Li, splitting all tasks. Working daily for a unique and inspiring universe that takes up the codes and heritage of Christian Dior for each of the collections unveiled is for me the strongest symbol of the house of dreams that is Dior Couture. Dream in Dior means respecting the know-how, excellence and identity of the house in each of the missions carried out to be able to perpetuate this essence that embodies Monsieur Dior. With captivating storytelling, exceptional unique pieces and an extraordinary know-how in the art of living, I can explore the fusion between the French “art de recevoir” and luxury. What amazes you the most in your work? I am lucky to be able to work in a cross-functional position that allows me to be in direct contact with the products and to follow their development and at the same time to work on their image and their international influence. It fascinates me to see all the stages before a piece can end up in the hands of a final customer. I am constantly amazed by the richness of the world of the art of living and appreciate contributing to the creation of dairy objects that become symbols of elegance. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Every day, I am inspired by the talents around me and by the richness of the House's heritage. As the weeks go by, I understand the challenges of a luxury House and the codes that result from it. This internship allows me to develop my knowledge of the products as well as many skills to successfully carry out the missions entrusted to me. I learn every day and it is a real opportunity to grow in an environment like this. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  When I face challenges, I can rely on my manager Juliette Piogé who supports me in my development during this internship and in my daily tasks, particularly in the edition of permanent and seasonal catalogs to be sent all around the world. Also, we are lucky at Dior Maison to have a team that is always nearby, which facilitates discussions regarding current issues and the challenges of the Business Unit.
