What does #DreamInDior mean for you? For me, #DreamInDior means “living a Dream.” Being able to have the opportunity to obtain an internship within the Dior studios is the best experience I have had since the start of my fashion studies. What amazes you the most in your work? What impresses me the most within my internship is the process concerning materials, in particular the selection which is made according to the colored range then the development of the collection. Seeing the final result is impressive, especially during the fashion shows. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? My internship at Dior makes me grow every day because I discover in depth this world of luxury that interests me and that makes me Dream. The passion is there and the wonders that the teams achieve are a wonderful source of learning. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? I count on my team who teach me every day and who support me in my development. They are a source of inspiration and I thank my internship supervisor who teaches me with heart and passion for his métier. Since the beginning of the year, the House of Dior has welcomed over 200 interns & apprentices to engage in Lunch & Learn sessions – unique occasions dedicated to discovering the diversity of métiers and career paths at Christian Dior Couture – from Retail and Visual Merchandising to Fashion Styling, Social Media, Product Management, Sourcing Management, and beyond. Xin CHEN, Apps & Data Digital Client Service Assistant, shares: ‘These sessions provide fascinating insights into the different métiers at Dior. The career journey of our speaker, from intern to manager, was inspiring and revealed the powerful blend of creativity and strategy that shapes Dior's presence.’ Aela Mahé, HR Administrative Assistant, adds: ‘Participating in the Lunch & Learn sessions is always a rewarding experience.     Dior Recognizes Interns & Apprentices With an Exclusive Visit to Dior's Historical Archives

    At Dior, we value and empower our teams to thrive. Christian Dior Couture proudly recognizes the achievements of our interns and apprentices who, during our recent Intern Integration Day, showcased their deep knowledge of Dior's heritage by excelling in a specialized quiz about the Maison that earned them a special prize: Jeanne Aillet, Pauline Chaduc, Margot Colaianni, Lucie Evanno, Clotilde Gorlich, Axelle Maron, Laetitia Raymond, Nell Wons, Louis Leite, and Youssef Terrab. In recognition of their achievement, these interns and apprentices were granted an exclusive visit to Dior’s historical archives. Organized by #PerrineScherrer, Director of Dior Heritage, and held under the expertise of #SoizicPfaff, who spent 50 years in the Maison, the group embarked on an immersive journey through Dior’s storied legacy, gaining unique insights into the Maison’s heritage and the lasting influence of its iconic creations. Their exploration began in the 'Dior Visionnaire' library, where the visionary spirit of Christian Dior continues to inspire. Here, they traced the origins and evolution of the Maison’s most iconic creations, before entering a cabinet of curiosities, where they discovered sources of inspiration that define the House’s artistic narrative. The visit continued through the room dedicated to Dior’s historical mannequins, showcasing the timeless elegance of the Maison’s designs. Finally, the visit concluded in the documentary archives, a carefully preserved collection of sketches, photographs, and documents chronicling each collection from 1947 to today. Louis Leite, Jewelry/Watchmaking Logistics Assistant, shares: ‘Being able to discover Monsieur Dior's original sketches and iconic haute couture pieces was an incredible privilege. Seeing these historic couture treasures up close, while listening to Soizic's expert insights, gave me a deeper appreciation for the Maison's heritage and savoir-faire.’ #DiorTalents #DreamInDior

My managers and supervisors, through daily coaching and feedback, ensure I am constantly evolving, turning every challenge into a learning opportunity. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? Trust and respect are the foundation of my support system at Dior. I was lucky to be paired with Justine Sanchez, my maitre d'apprentissage, who has guided me since my very first day. Elisabeth Chen has been an incredible mentor, teaching me the art of perfect Dior wrapping with her signature positivity. I am also grateful to managers like Nolwenn, Bleunne, and Francesco, who are coaching me on a daily basis, without missing any axis. Even Marius, who joined as a Junior at the same time as myself, together with Apolline has been a great support. My supervisors Maeva, Soraya, Weija, ensure I deliver excellent service, while Jeremy, our adjoint director, recognizes my efforts and encourages me to keep improving. The entire Dior Galeries Lafayette team, from every department, contributes to my learning and growth, ensuring I never face challenges alone.     Christian Dior Couture participates in the 4th edition of ‘Les De(ux)mains du luxe’

    At Dior, we are designers of responsible futures. Recently, Christian Dior Couture was proud to participate in the 4th edition of ‘Les De(ux)mains du luxe,’ organized by Comité Colbert, to bring the House’s exceptional savoir-faire to life and spark new vocations amongst the youth in Cholet, France. This 3-day event is an immersive learning space where youth discover the artistry of luxury craftsmanship through hands-on workshops and inspiring masterclasses led by expert artisans. After captivating audiences in Paris and Lyon, Comité Colbert has brought ‘Les De(ux)mains du luxe’ to Cholet, hosted at the Carrefour de l'Orientation. This pivotal event, marking the initiative’s first edition in the French provinces, is part of a series that has collectively welcomed over 54,000 visitors. Representing Dior’s legacy of excellence, Sandrine BOUILLOT, 1st Hand Haute-Couturier, Clara Lichou, Haute-Couture Patternmaker, and Elora M., Apprentice 1st Hand, showcased in live demonstrations the precision and detail behind the Maison’s creations. This was a unique opportunity for visitors to witness the behind-the-scenes of Dior’s savoir-faire, celebrating its rich heritage of craftsmanship and inspiring new vocational dreams.   #DreamInDior

What fascinates me the most is the incredible technical expertise involved in shoe development. It’s amazing to witness the evolution of a shoe from the very first stages of creation, transforming an idea into a crafted product through precision and innovation. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Attending meetings and listening to the teams discuss a variety of topics has deepened my understanding of the challenges involved in collection development for a prestigious house like Dior. It has broadened my perspective and helped me appreciate the complexity behind every decision. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? I rely on my two managers, Arnaud Studler and Ludovica Licori, who generously share their experiences and knowledge with me. Their guidance is invaluable. I can also count on my co-intern, Margot Colaianni, who has become a friend and is there to support me whenever I have questions.
