I'm fortunate to be surrounded by a supportive team, especially my manager. He places a lot of trust in me and gives me the space to take initiative and share my ideas. What amazes me most is seeing how Dior's commitment to excellence extends beyond the ateliers into developing its people and responsible work practices. I witness everyday how the Maison nurtures both its human capital and social responsibility with the same dedication it applies to haute couture. It's inspiring to see how our communications can bridge heritage with forward-thinking initiatives. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Each day at Dior is a masterclass in excellence. Working across Global Talent and CSR initiatives challenges me to think strategically while maintaining the highest standards of luxury communication. The projects I have been working on have broadened my perspective immensely, helping me to develop my soft and hard skills. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? I'm incredibly fortunate to work under the mentorship of Hanna Gressler, Global Talent Jr. Project Manager, who guides me everyday and gives me supportive feedback to get better at my work with remarkable patience and expertise. Also,Eliott Meyniel, Director of Global Talent & CSR Communication, has been instrumental in helping me develop tools for my future working life and to understand more about the Maison and how the communication area works in such an important House like Dior. I would also like to acknowledge Angèle Costa, who supported me daily in our CSR initiatives and whose dedication to our work was a constant source of inspiration. What amazes me the most in my role as Assistant Product Manager in the Small Leather Goods category is the meticulous preparation that goes into every collection. From the initial creative spark to the final product, the attention to detail and precision required at each stage is truly inspiring. I love witnessing the seamless collaboration between the design studio and the product managers, where creativity thrives to craft a collection that stays true to the brand’s vision. It’s the behind-the-scenes work, the effort everyone contributes, and the perfect synergy of creativity and strategy that fascinates me the most. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior has been instrumental in fostering my growth, encouraging me to aim higher and continuously challenge myself to reach my full potential. What fascinates me most is my team's unwavering commitment to social responsibility, particularly through our initiatives with Women@Dior & UNESCO, and What is Pride, among others. We are continually working on developing new strategies related to diversity, inclusion, and equity. As a child, I used to gaze in wonder at the magical lights of Christmas, those enchanting moments that filled me with wonder. Today, I'm proud to be one of those who create these unforgettable experiences, capable of making new generations dream. It also means working for a company that constantly offers me incredible opportunities to grow, learn and evolve. Being surrounded by talented teams and meeting inspiring people every day makes this journey even more extraordinary.  What amazes you the most in your work? What amazes me the most in my work is, above all, the incredible team I have the privilege to work with. Together, we have this unique ability to bring to life projects that are always more exciting, fun, and above all, magical. The real magic lies in our capacity to create unforgettable experiences, consistently striving for excellence and maintaining an exceptional level of quality. What also impresses me is the speed at which we can bring to life stunning designs in just 3 to 4 months. Behind every creation, there is relentless hard work that isn’t obvious at first glance. Seeing those displays and sets come to life after months of effort and dedication fills me with immense pride it's like watching our passion and craftsmanship shine for the world to see. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior offers me unique opportunities to grow every day, both professionally and personally. I am fortunate to meet incredibly talented individuals who are always willing to share their expertise and experiences with great generosity. I am surrounded by inspiring people who not only support me but also encourage me to push my limits and become better than I was the day before. Additionally, I work alongside deeply compassionate individuals who care about my professional growth as well as my personal development. At Dior, I have found a place where I can advance my career while also thriving as an individual. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  When I'm faced with challenges, I rely on the incredible support of my team members, especially Louise Ragot and #Cynthia Bennai, with whom I've worked very closely. Louise has been crucial to my progress with the team. She welcomed me with open arms and guided me in the execution of my tasks. Thanks to her mentoring, I have gained invaluable knowledge of the different categories within the EMEA visual merchandising design team. Her encouragement and knowledge have really helped me to grow both professionally and personally. As for Cynthia, she introduced me to the delicacies of the Baby and FJ categories. Working closely with her, I learned the importance of attention to detail as we strive to create stunning displays that captivate and inspire. Her dedication to excellence and creativity is contagious and motivates me to elevate my own work. Together, their support allows me not only to improve my skills, but also to gain confidence in my abilities. I'm grateful to have such talented people by my side as I make my way through Dior.
