Since 2022, Christian Dior Couture has embarked on a journey to strengthen its feedback culture, bringing together over 350 talents in Paris and key Business Unit leaders for a series of impactful events and workshops led by Stéphane MORIOU, the worldwide feedback expert. Today, this commitment to feedback takes a new step forward with a digital program featuring virtual classes and e-learnings, designed to embed feedback into daily routines across the teams, created in partnership with Raphaël MAISONNIER, Co-Founder & CEO of Fasterclass.
