 What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

#DreamInDior means being part of a legacy that epitomizes elegance, innovation, and timeless beauty. For me, as an Assistant Performance Marketing, it represents the aspiration to contribute to a brand that has consistently set the bar in the fashion industry. My role enables me to support and execute marketing campaigns that uphold Dior’s prestigious image, drive engagement and growth across various digital platforms, and ultimately make the dream of Dior aspirational and enchanting for our audience worldwide. 

What amazes you the most in your work? 

What amazes me the most in my work is the incredible breadth and depth of responsibilities I handle. Being in the Performance Marketing HQ team, I have the unique opportunity to oversee not just one universe or zone, but the entirety of Christian Dior Couture. This holistic view allows me to understand and contribute to the brand's global strategy. The cross-functional nature of my role means I collaborate with managers and heads of departments from various teams, which enriches my perspective and enhances my ability to deliver comprehensive solutions. The dynamic and fast-paced environment keeps me constantly engaged and inspired, as I witness firsthand the impact of our campaigns and initiatives on a global scale.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior fosters a culture of trust and empowerment that is instrumental to my daily growth. The confidence my team places in me provides the opportunity to take on new challenges and explore innovative solutions step by step. The supportive team atmosphere, coupled with having an amazing manager who is always approachable for even the smallest queries, creates an environment where I feel encouraged to push my boundaries. This trust and the challenges I face daily instill a sense of responsibility and drive in me. Each project and task I undertake helps me build confidence and refine my skills, making me more adept and resilient in my role.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

When I encounter challenges, my manager is my primary source of support. She excels at providing clear and concise guidance, which makes complex problems seem much more manageable. I deeply admire her strategic thinking and multitasking skills, and I strive to emulate these qualities in my own work. Our excellent coordination ensures that we can always find effective solutions together, no matter the difficulty. Her constructive feedback and unwavering support have been instrumental in my professional development, giving me the confidence to tackle challenges head-on. Her mentorship not only helps me overcome obstacles but also continuously inspires me to improve and excel in my role.
