Last week, the French Market organized a special Retail Masterclass for the Institut IME students. 80 apprenticies (including 6 currently working with Parfums Christian Dior) were welcomed at our headquarters.

Nicolas Siriez kicked off the Masterclass with an overview of the French Market, followed by a presentation of the House values and history by BARBARA CASTENETTO. Pauline De Luca presented the various career plans and development opportunities and the Masterclass ended with workshops for the Institut ME apprenticies to deep dive into our Retails Métiers and to lively exchange with our professional teams.

This special moment was a great occasion to cast light on our talented teams and their essential vocations and exemplify our commitment to nurturing the next talent generation.
