The cohort began their #InDior integration with an in-depth product training on our fragrances, skincare & makeup lines, followed by a networking breakfast to strengthen the bonds between the promotion's early career professionals. HEC & CEMS - Parfums Christian Dior

At Parfums Christian Dior, we are committed to engaging with the next generation of talent. Last week, Parfums Christian Dior was honored to partner with HEC Paris to kick-off the school year by sponsoring the HEC x CEMs Luxury seminar. The week began with a deep dive into the history of the Maison, the life of Christian Dior, and an overview of the challenges and opportunities in the domain of luxury retail experience, presented by Anne-Sophie LE PROVOST, Marketing Manager Europe for Skincare and Sadie Nachtigal, Global Employer Brand and Early Careers Manager. Coached by professors Anne MICHAUT and Franck A., the students spent the week preparing a business case on Retail Experience, immersing themselves in the world of luxury fashion beauty with visits to boutiques across Paris. The week culminated with a presentation of the students’ findings hosted at the Parfums Christian Dior headquarter in front of a jury including Anne-Sophie Le Provost, Xavière Canali, Ghita IDMANE, Jordan Go and Léa Seveste. Following a lively exchange with the jury, the event concluded with an award ceremony and a celebratory cocktail. On behalf of the Maison, we thank the HEC and CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education students for their hard work, insights, and creativity and we wish them every success as they begin building their dream careers.
