At Parfums Christian Dior, we are passionate about engaging with the next generation of talent.

Last week, the Maison invited the students of emLyon’s Msc in Luxury Management & Marketing program to our headquarters, where they spent the morning discovering the history and heritage of the House of Dior.

Emlyon alumni Estelle de Panafieu, Head of Private Clients Experience, Natalia Wolowska, Global Head of E-Commerce Brand Experience, and Eglantine Reye, Europe E-Commerce Manager, participated in a panel moderated by Sadie Nachtigal, Global Employer Brand and Early Careers Manager, sharing insights on their career paths, the luxury beauty industry, and their advice for students beginning a career in luxury. Following an engaging question and answer session, the morning concluded with a networking breakfast.
