We're looking for you

• You have a master's or a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant work experience
• You appreciate diverse and international teams and have an open mindset
• You have various interestes and the strong desire to drive your own development forward
• You are fluent in English and German (or are willing to learn German)

Our programmes

Our 24-month trainee programmes offer you everything you need for an optimal career start: you will have the opportunity to get to know our company intensively, build up a large international network and develop professionally and personally. Whether you already know where you want to go on your professional journey or whether you want to pursue a wide range of interests, you will find the right programme for you with us. Simply choose between the different programmes and decide for yourself how you would like to plan your career and help shape the energy world of the future:

• General Business programme: This programme offers you the opportunity to find out where your professional journey is heading by getting to know different areas across the entire E.ON Group in depth. You can choose between national and international placements in different areas.
• Functional programme: This programme focuses on a specific area, for example procurement or IT, in which you will complete at least three of your placements. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to choose between different national and international placements so you can get to know the E.ON Group outside of your area.
