Software Club is an investment firm focused on the software & technology space. The company was founded in 2019 and has offices in Paris and in the Philippines.

Software Club, backed by proprietary research, targets both public and private companies and works with high profile institutions (PE funds, Hedge Funds, Family Offices) and ultra-high-net- worth individuals (tech entrepreneurs, investment executives).

Our members collectively represent 250M€+ AUM for deployment on software & technology investments, and include some of the highest profiles investors and entrepreneurs in the world (15+ top global PE firms, multiple NASDAQ-listed tech company founders, MDs of the highest profile investment banks, Senior Partners from top consultancies).

Software Club applies a fundamentally oriented, long-term investment approach. We seek high- quality companies, mostly based in the US and in European markets, that benefit from powerful secular growth trends and are led by excellent management teams. In 2021, we invested in 20+ publicly listed & IPO companies, and made two late stage and early stage private investments.
