What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
#DreamInDior symbolizes a unique opportunity to grow within a prestigious Maison while contributing to the empowerment of women through the Women@Dior and UNESCO programs—causes that are deeply valued. DreamInDior provides the chance to actively engage in the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives, aligning personal values with those of the Maison Dior. As an agent of change, there is a desire to share the DreamInDior experience with other Women, offering them the opportunity to dream and take action.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What fascinates me most is my team's unwavering commitment to social responsibility, particularly through our initiatives with Women@Dior & UNESCO, and What is Pride, among others. We are continually working on developing new strategies related to diversity, inclusion, and equity. While the core values of the Maison remain steadfast, it also demonstrates an ability to adapt to contemporary changes.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
The team spirit at Dior and the support of my colleagues are essential factors that foster both my professional and personal development. The trust and responsibilities entrusted to me are key elements of my progress. Through the CSR team, I have gained tools to enhance my performance and strengthen my discipline, while cultivating a commitment to excellence alongside my manager.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When I encounter daily challenges, I rely on my manager, Sena Segbedzi, as well as my colleagues who are working on related topics . I frequently consult with the CSR team and the Global Talent team for their insights and support.
