Open Innovation challenges EDHEC: Imagining new solutions to recruit more women? 💡
Imagining new solutions to recruit more women? 💡 We are honoured that the jury of the EDHEC Business School awarded their Jury’s favorite Award to the students who worked on the Air Liquide case. We thank all the students for their interest, commitment and great insights shared along the project. The “Open innovation Challenge“ is organized every year by EDHEC Business School, it gathers 20 companies and 650 students in Lille, France. A great opportunity for our experts Dimitri Laurent, Sarah Boeuf, Elisa Pizano and Juliette Delerin to collaborate closely with 35 young students, to support them in developing innovative ideas for Air Liquide, to coach them and select the best pitch!🎤 At Air Liquide, recruiting women and giving equal opportunities to thrive is a key priority, and our ambition is to increase the number of talented women in management and leadership positions. All innovative ideas are valuable, and these discussions will inspire our actions to achieve our objective.
