Europcar Mobility Group is continuously improving its corporate social responsibility achievements
Europcar Mobility Group is continuously improving its corporate social responsibility achievements, as proven by the rating of 61/100 that Vigeo Eiris awarded us in its latest release. This represents a 15 points increase since last year.
Some flagships initiatives have been particularly valued in this rating, notably: offering our customers a “CO2 light” fleet, equipped with the latest and cleanest motorizations provided, as well as the fact that we are providing alternative solutions to vehicle ownership, in a sustainable way. Last but not least, a responsible management of resources (water, energy…), with 8 of our corporate countries being certified ISO 14001!
Regarding governance, human resources management and customer relationship management, the assessment highlighted: a set of solid fundamentals (e.g., “Code of Ethics and Commitments”, Diversity Charter, commitment to the UN Global Compact initiative), a noticeable gender equity within an historically very male sector, and customer relations being stepped up!
