An internship can be the first step on the ladder, as Juan Camilo Rubio tells us from experience! 

Juan started out on his career pathway at Solvay in 2016, with an internship in credit management at our Lyon offices, in France.
At the end of his internship, Juan was offered an internal transfer and a permanent contract, and that's how he joined the risk management and internal audit teams in Paris.

But that's not all! He recently accepted the offer of another transfer, and is now part of Solvay's sustainability department in Brussels, 8 years on from when he started his internship with us! ✨
