Supply Chain Management Traineeship (SMT)

The 6-month Supply Chain Management Traineeship (SMT) starting in August 2025 is designed to build your leadership, project and general management skills, and give you a 360° view on our Supply Chain. This programme is rooted in our culture and company strategy, providing experiences in life on the front-line of a brewery, working with our operators to make the beers we're famous for. The programme focuses on a 70-20-10 learning and development approach to maximize learning and give you the best opportunity to grow within an exciting, fast-paced Company.

Commercial Management Traineeship (CMT)

The Commercial Management Traineeship is a hands-on programme, where you will be selling our amazing beer brands, gaining strong management skills & learn about business strategy as we prepare you to become our future Sales & Commercial leaders.

The CMT is an 18-month programme starting in August 2025, giving you the confidence, training, and communication skills necessary to sell anything from new products to great ideas. It is an incredible opportunity for you to show off your skills, learn the business, take ownership, and deliver results. The programme focuses on a 70-20-10 learning and development approach to maximize learning and give you the best opportunity to grow within an exciting, fast-paced Company.

Fast Track Leadership Programme (FTL)

The Fast Track Leadership (FTL) Programme is a 1-year programme starting in August 2025, which gives you the opportunity to accelerate your career at the world’s leading brewer in the vibrant city of Prague. In 12 months, you will become a team leader and work on transformational projects to shape our planet, our communities, and our people. The programme focuses on a 70-20-10 learning and development approach to maximize learning and give you the best opportunity to grow within an exciting, fast-paced company.

Graduate Management Trainee Program (GMT)

The Graduate Management Traineeship (GMT) is a 1-year program starting in August 2025, which will provide you with valuable exposure and insights into leading and transforming a successful global business. You will work on critical projects with senior stakeholders to drive value and undertake a structured program to support your development as a future leader of AB InBev. The programme focuses on a 70-20-10 learning and development approach to maximize learning and give you the best opportunity to grow within an exciting, fast-paced company.

Internships

Our internships are full-time opportunities for undergrads with big dreams. They’re a great way for you to get to know our business – and make an impression. 

They last from two-to-six months and from day one, you’ll contribute to a live project as part of a team in one of our business areas. You’ll have access to training resources, senior managers and company events. Show us you’re curious and proactive, and it could be the start of a promising career with us. To qualify, you’ll need to be an undergraduate in any discipline.
