Essity's GO! Program gives you the opportunity to accelerate your career with exciting responsibilities and a defined career path from day one. While working on real-world opportunities, you will explore the company and be part of on-the-job assignments. During the graduate program, you will have a supportive manager and a mentor who will help you build your individual development plan. Join us, and design a career with purpose where your aspirations and our mission meet.

What we are looking for

• Ambitious individuals ready to start dynamic career at Essity.
• Passion for Manufacturing, Marketing or Sales.
• University degree and a maximum of 24 months of work experience. Prior work experience is not mandatory; however, relevant internships may give you an edge.
• Results-oriented and committed.
• Eager to make a difference and courageous in acting on own ideas.
• Values in harmony with our Beliefs and Behaviors.
• Business fluency in written and spoken English.

What we will offer you

• 9–24 months trainee program, tailored to your specific function.
