Axell : « My name is Axell, I am a Graduate in e-commerce. I take care of our brand websites which are Tefal, Rowenta, Krups, and Moulinex.fr. » Chloé : « I'm Chloé. I am in the Quality Graduate Program and I am in charge of quality tools related to design quality for various production sites in France and abroad. » Gilles : « I’m Gilles, I’m Belgian and I’m part of the finance graduate program working both in ESG and in investments. » Manon : « I am Manon. I am in the purchasing graduate program. I am a packaging buyer for 5 factories of Groupe SEB and most of my suppliers are French. » Maria : « My name is Maria. I am in the Graduate Program Marketing at Groupe SEB and I am currently working in culinary articles. » Which advice could you give to candidates that want to apply to Graduate Program@SEB ? Axel : « I would tell them to highlight their experience abroad. It was useful for me because I was doing a VIE in Milan in Italy when I applied, and indeed it was a good asset. » Chloé : « I would say to be yourself as much as possible, especially during the assessment day. It's a challenging day with a lot of people, so I would suggest taking the opportunity to meet people and gather as much information as possible. » Gilles : « It would be just try your chance, try and apply. For example, I’m coming from Belgium, I was working in consulting and now I’m here as a finance graduate program. So everyone has a chance, just try and maybe you’ll get in. » Manon : « In my opinion, the most important thing is to be cooperative. You also need to be proactive and autonomous. It is also important to remain sincere and demonstrate leadership. » Maria : « Be curious, ask questions, take an interest in the group, but also in the position you are applying for. And above all, keep in mind that this is one of the values that will accompany you during and after the graduate program. » What has impressed you since you have joined the Graduate Program ? Axel : « It is the very quick connection with other countries, which allowed me to collaborate with many different people and directly suggest my ideas for new projects. » Chloé : « It's the cohesion between the different cohorts of the Graduate Program, especially within our cohort. We are spread across different sites in France, but we manage to see each other quite often throughout the year, which allows us to share our doubts and future projects. » Gilles : « There are two things : the first thing is that you get the chance to have an exposure to many departments in the group and the second thing is that you have access to very senior people and to high responsibilities. » Manon : « We are expected to be operational and effective quickly. We have close relationships with management. There is also a strong connection with HR. They support and accompany us in our development. » Maria : « Adaptability is essential because we are in two condensed years where we change missions every year and six months. Therefore, we need to be able to adapt and be sufficiently flexible to understand the new missions as well as the new challenges that each mission may bring. »
