    Knowing your strength is powerful

If you want to contribute to getting Ahead of disease together and apply at GSK, here is one tip that could help you: know your strength. This will be useful for strength-based interview. A strength is something you do regularly, that you do well, and energises you when doing it. So first start by asking you: What do you enjoy doing? What tasks energise you? What motivates you? In a strength-based interview, we are interested in getting to know the things you like to do inside and outside work or study, so feel free to use relevant examples if they come to mind (even if they are not asked for in the question). Good luck and hoping to see you soon at GSK!

Celebrating Women and Girls in Science

On the 9th of February of 2023, GSK attended the third edition of Women and Girls in Science hosted by the University of Namur. It was an honour to hear about the story of women who related their journey as scientists and reflected on the place of women and girls in scientific careers. We were able to introduce students to our Women's Leadership Initiative employee resource group which relentlessly works to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
