True Dreams are shared experiences, and to find ourselves in one, we must include the people around us, uplifting them as we grow together.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me most is the variety of personalities I interact with daily and the challenge of providing tailored, excellent service to each client. Working with a dynamic team whose work styles and strategies differ enriches my own professional experience. Observing how my colleagues approach their tasks, learning from their interactions, and adapting their best practices to my own methods is a truly inspiring part of my journey at Dior.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior’s commitment to my growth is evident through a well-structured learning environment, from the practical courses at Dior Academy to the hands-on guidance at Galeries Lafayette. My team is my greatest asset; every day, they teach me something new. Elisabeth Chen, with her mastery of Dior wrapping and her ever-positive attitude, has shown me the importance of detail and mood in client interactions. My managers and supervisors, through daily coaching and feedback, ensure I am constantly evolving, turning every challenge into a learning opportunity.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
Trust and respect are the foundation of my support system at Dior. I was lucky to be paired with Justine Sanchez, my maitre d'apprentissage, who has guided me since my very first day. Elisabeth Chen has been an incredible mentor, teaching me the art of perfect Dior wrapping with her signature positivity. I am also grateful to managers like Nolwenn, Bleunne, and Francesco, who are coaching me on a daily basis, without missing any axis. Even Marius, who joined as a Junior at the same time as myself, together with Apolline has been a great support. My supervisors Maeva, Soraya, Weija, ensure I deliver excellent service, while Jeremy, our adjoint director, recognizes my efforts and encourages me to keep improving. The entire Dior Galeries Lafayette team, from every department, contributes to my learning and growth, ensuring I never face challenges alone.
