What does #DreamInDior mean for you and what amazes you the most in your work?

#DreamInDior represents the pursuit of excellence and ambition where creativity and innovation come together to shape a vision for the future.  It inspires me to push beyond limits, continually surpassing myself and embracing a future where women can thrive in Tech while staying connected to their passions and dreams. What amazes me most in my work is the opportunity to work on diverse technologies with diverse people all around the world. We build and operate complex solutions relying on new technologies making a tangible impact on our business.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior helps me to grow on a daily basis by fostering an environment that encourages both personal and professional development. The commitment to excellence pushes me to continuously improve and surpass myself to stay at the forefront of new technologies. Additionally, the collaborative culture at Dior, where I can learn from experienced mentors and diverse teams, provides me with constant inspiration and opportunities to expand my skills and make a meaningful impact on my work.

When facing challenges, who do you rely on and why?

When facing challenges, I rely on my manager, Michele DE GIORDIS, who has been an incredible mentor, offering guidance and helping me navigate difficult situations with his experience and insight. Additionally, I turn to the experts within my teams, Céline MOREIRA-CHIU, Pierre-Henri GACHE and Mathieu BARREAU, as their knowledge and specialized skills provide valuable perspectives that help us find effective solutions together. This collaborative approach allows me to learn from others while ensuring that decisions are well-informed and supported by diverse expertise.

What does it mean for you to be an ally to diversity, equity, and inclusion?

As a young woman, being an ally to diversity, equity, and inclusion means using my voice to support and uplift others. It also means fostering environments where my team members feels empowered to be themselves . I’m committed to ensuring that inclusion is something that’s practiced daily in my actions and choices.

What advice would you give to future #DiorTalents?

My advice to future #DiorTalents is to stay curious, be open to learning and embrace challenges as opportunities to grow. Dior is a place where innovation and excellence are at the core, so never hesitate to push your boundaries and strive for the highest standards of excellence.
