Preparation is crucial when it comes to the interview process. Make sure to familiarize yourself with potential questions, think of relevant examples that you can share, and rehearse your responses. This practice will help you articulate your thoughts clearly and confidently. Additionally, research the company's culture, strategy and products or services, to get a good understanding and to demonstrate your genuine interest during the interview. Don’t forget to prepare some questions for your interviewer as well, an job-interview is a two-way street.
