    Women in Luxury APAC

    Women in Luxury, our internal program connecting and empowering women at Kering, provides meaningful support for women and superb networking opportunities as well as opening up debate around key topics such as career progression for women; psychological safety and well-being at work; and the cultivation of a workplace culture grounded in respect.   With three Women in Luxury events in as many weeks in Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo, our commitment to women’s empowerment, gender equality and the development of talented women at every level of the organization, has been centre stage.     HEC Meet & Greet

    Inspiring the next generation to choose a career path in luxury is at the heart of our campus events. Teams from Kering and Saint Laurent, including HEC alumni, recently visited HEC Paris, engaging with more than 100 students whose passion for the future of luxury shone through. Our goal was to meet and recruit young talent ready to dive into career opportunities from July onwards and to introduce them to the vibrant culture at Saint Laurent and across Kering.     Women in Luxury

    One year in and Women in Luxury, Kering's network dedicated to connecting and empowering women, has achieved a milestone by hosting its first inter-network gathering, joining forces with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), BNP Paribas, and Salesforce in Paris.   This inaugural event not only celebrated the first anniversary of the Women in Luxury network but also opened doors to new developments, fostering an environment where participants could share their experiences, forge new connections, and learn from each other about career advancement.   The panel discussion, featuring leaders Beatrice Lazat from Kering, Yasmine Hamri - Donnedieu de Vabres from BCG, Yaëlle LEBEN from Salesforce, and Valerie Moraglia from BNP Paribas and led by Emilie Lanciaux-Jous, aimed to discuss the role of networks as a cornerstone of a gender-equal corporate culture including the pivotal role of Human Resources, and the importance of continuously injecting fresh perspectives.   Afterwards, the sixty invited members from the various networks had the opportunity to meet and interact during workshops and concluded the event with a visit to Kering's historical Laennec headquarters!   Our commitment to women is at the heart of Kering’s priorities.
