Women in Luxury APAC
Women in Luxury, our internal program connecting and empowering women at Kering, provides meaningful support for women and superb networking opportunities as well as opening up debate around key topics such as career progression for women; psychological safety and well-being at work; and the cultivation of a workplace culture grounded in respect. With three Women in Luxury events in as many weeks in Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo, our commitment to women’s empowerment, gender equality and the development of talented women at every level of the organization, has been centre stage. Kering Chief People Officer Beatrice Lazat was joined in-person by employees from across the region to participate in open discussions on inclusion, empowerment and the specific challenges facing women in APAC. At Kering, we believe diversity is an invaluable asset and that’s why we choose to encourage dialogue, facilitate networking, nurture a culture of achievement and mutual support among women in the luxury industry.
