To me, #DreamInDior represents a journey of inspiration and growth. It has made me realize how challenges can be seen from every perspective and how useful is to count with a group of people that have similar Dreams and aspirations #DreamInDior embodies the extraordinary talent and passion that drives the Global Talent Team, I am proud to be part of this heritage of excellence.
What amazes you the most in your work?
Every #DiorTalent is an inspiration on my daily life, and they are one of the main reasons I decided to grow my career at the House of Dreams. It fills me with satisfaction seeing new Talents arriving to the Maison and discovering how they are nurtured and empowered to grow beyond their expectations, making me unravel the meaning behind the word ‘Talents’. My experience at Dior makes me part of a living system that challenges me and makes me grow, giving me the tools and the environment to #DreamInDior.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior propels my growth daily by immersing me in a world where creativity knows no bounds and innovation is a constant pursuit. I feel surrounded by visionaries who challenge and inspire me to push beyond my limits. The Maison's is very committed to the nurturing of talents and fostering a culture of continuous learning that can be seen in some of the actions I get to participate.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When facing challenges, I rely on the incredible support of my manager, Conor O'Sullivan and my co-alternant Sara Dyani. Their unwavering guidance, expertise, and encouragement provide the strength and inspiration I need to overcome obstacles. Their collaborative spirit and dedication make every challenge an opportunity for growth and success. I am truly grateful to be surrounded by such exceptional team members in my #DreamInDior journey.
