What are your main missions and challenges?
• "At Dior, within our Visual Merchandising department, my mission is to assist the ideation of dreamlike windows for women’s wear and Jewellery, and to transform our boutiques in a true place of wonder. Using a Boutique as a massive dream box, our main challenge is to come up with many different ideas and to adapt and scale our creations to a diverse range of fields and for each collection".

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
• "To take part in this creative process at Dior is a unique way to learn about this exciting field and improve my skills from creation to project management. Despite the importance of our daily creative challenges, I have always witnessed a real trust from my supervisors to lead my own projects. Moreover, the team always encourages me to be more confident in my proposals and challenges me to come up with new singular ideas to develop my creativity".
