When I face challenges, I rely on my manager, Ayaz Tanveer, my HR business partner, Rasha Al Haddad, and our director, Hiba Hariri. Ayaz provides clear guidance and support, helping me navigate complex issues with his expertise and leadership. Rasha offers valuable insights from an HR perspective, ensuring I approach challenges with a people-focused mindset. Hiba’s vision and direction inspire me to think strategically and stay aligned with our overall goals. Together, their experience and guidance give me the confidence to tackle any situation effectively.
