👋 Meet Ronny, Junior Editor at mydealz, whose path to Atolls was anything but ordinary, and that’s exactly why we wanted to share it.

He didn’t come from tech.
He didn’t have a “perfect” CV.
But he had something better: conviction, curiosity, and a real passion for helping people.

Ronny went through 10 interviews before landing his current role , and no, that’s not our standard hiring process 😅.
Here’s what actually happened:

➡️ He first applied for a community support role at mydealz, and didn’t get it.
➡️ But the recruiter kept him in mind.
➡️ Some time after, a new editor position opened up, and the team reached out to him.
➡️ Two processes, 10 conversations, one very committed candidate.

Ronny’s background in education, his love for writing, and his experience managing classrooms helped him connect instantly with our community-driven mission.
