“I've been part of the Deloitte since 2021, right after I finished my studies in Human Management at UCLouvain (Belgium). I'm currently part of the Human Capital team, mainly working on Learning & Development and Change Management projects.”

What do you prefer in your activity at Deloitte?

How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself? 

“[…] Next to this, I must admit that Deloitte has also pushed me out of my comfort zone more times than I can count, which has been more than beneficial for my growth and confidence-building in the past 3 years now.”

What do you usually do outside of working hours? 

“When I'm not in the office, you're likely to find me enjoying the great outdoors - running, hiking, and seeking every small dose of vitamin D our beautiful region has to offer 😊 I also love to travel, and, like any good Belgian, I delight spending good moments with friends, especially over a delicious beer!”

What would be the best advice for a student who wants to join Deloitte?
