🎯 Over two-years and three European locations, including France, Germany and Ireland, Jessica explored a broad range of topics and managed diverse projects: “From Research and Development (R&D) to change management, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in unique projects – broadening my professional horizons and deepening my understanding of the Eurofins network and how we drive change.”

🌍 In addition to managing projects, she enjoyed collaborating with colleagues from different departments and sites within the network: “Connecting with teams from various laboratories provided invaluable knowledge, while the fast-paced environment encouraged growth and innovation.”

🌟 For Jessica, what stood out was the sense of comradery between herself and other Graduate Programme participants: “Connecting with other participants fostered a sense of community and enriched the experience as we shared insights and lessons learned.”
