What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
For me #DreamInDior represents the privilege of being part of an amazing community and contributing to a Maison filled with heritage, creativity and passion. It embraces tradition whilst fostering innovation, where every day is an opportunity to learn new things and push boundaries. It is a journey that motivates me to constantly challenge myself and strive for excellence.
What amazes you the most in your work?
The most amazing part of my work is witnessing how such an historical Maison like Dior can stay rooted to its core values and embrace tradition, while continuously evolving for the future. I am always inspired by the creativity and attention to detail that shape every decision, from retail strategies to initiatives that enhance customer experience.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior helps me grow by being surrounded by inspiring mentors and experts in the field in a very dynamic and stimulating environment. Whether it is through mentorship, collaboration or strategic thinking, I am constantly learning new skills and broadening my knowledge of the luxury industry. Dior does not only help me to grow professionally, but also fosters my confidence in my abilities, empowering me to take initiative and overcome challenges.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
At Dior I have learned the importance of teamwork when facing challenges, and I feel incredibly lucky to have such welcoming and supporting colleagues. My manager, Guillaume Hackenberger, is an invaluable source of guidance and support, constantly motivating me to set and achieve new goals. Moreover, the collaborative relationship built with Chiara Pulici and Clemence Moro has enriched my experience, fostering an environment of support, friendship and creativity. They have truly become my family on this #DreamInDior journey.
