Something unique about the culture at DSB is that we invite young people into the workforce while they are still students. We believe it's important not to take this for granted, neither as a company nor as students.

We make great use of Junior Consultants, and we do so because we love working with talented students who bring fresh perspectives and energy into our teams. In fact, the group of Junior Consultants grew by a whopping 47 in 2023, thanks in part to their commitment and curiosity to learn.

Here, experiences are shared ranging from student accommodations to philosophies of science, and the first steps after graduating. Such topics are an indispensable part of student life regardless of university and academic interests.
