Lucca designs and provides SaaS solutions to free companies and especially their employees from administrative tasks (leave management, pay slips, expense reports, time management, dematerialization of HR files).

Our solutions are used by more than 1,100,000 users in all types of companies (Rolex, Accor, Rip Curl, Pernod Ricard, Saint-Gobain...). They are particularly appreciated by fast-growing companies developing internationally (Deezer, Algolia, Leetchi, Lydia, Mondocteur, Ulule, Michel & Augustin...).

We operate in the very serious field of management tools, but our work is guided by the conviction that a management software is not necessarily gray, ugly and sad.

We are committed to making software that is different. We therefore place a great deal of importance on the design of our interfaces as well as on the user experience.

Lucca raised 65 million euros in 2022. This allows us to expand internationally by opening new offices in Switzerland and Spain.

Given our strong growth (50% in 2023) and our ambitions, we need to strengthen our workforce, which is currently 400 people.
