    Discover our Jewellery Marketing team!

After joining Van Cleef & Arpels for her end-of-study internship, Clémence Bonislawski is now a Jewellery Product Manager within the Maison. Discover her experience! How did you experience your internship with Van Cleef & Arpels? "Having joined the Maison for a final year internship in the Jewellery division, I was very well received and was quickly able to work on empowering missions that allowed me to discover the job of Marketing Product Manager. In particular, I was able to contribute to the daily and operational management of a collection of limited edition clips (Papillons Laqués), highlighting exceptional know-how, as well as to the development of several 360° strategies to accompany launches. I felt particularly stimulated by the autonomy and confidence I was given, as well as by the unique DNA of the Maison, rooted in a poetic and enchanting universe as well as in its heritage." What skills are you looking for in your next intern? "We offer internships with varied and empowering assignments, so adaptability and proactivity are essential skills. Within the Jewellery division, the 3 internships offered involve an analytical dimension through the design of performance study tools and the setting up of competitive benchmarks, but also a more creative dimension, particularly when creating sales support tools. English language skills and good interpersonal skills are also valued in view of the numerous daily interactions with the markets and other departments. This aspect is particularly important in the Solitaires & Alliances team, of which I am a member, as the trainee is in daily contact with people in different parts of the world. What's so special about the Jewellery division? We are a team of great gourmets, so liking to eat (well) is also a key element for integration!" Any advice for people who want to apply? "My main advice would be to be amazed by the jewellery world and the unique DNA of the Maison. Within the Solitaires & Alliances team, the next intern will have the opportunity to see exceptional pieces. It is therefore important to be able to put yourself in the shoes of the end customer; they often enter our boutique to celebrate an important moment in their lives."
