With our Bertelsmann Future Leaders Graduate Program, we prepare you to take on responsibility while shaping the future. You can choose between three tracks: As a participant in our internationally oriented Data Science Graduate Program, you will spend 18 months adding your fresh ideas in order to find data-driven solutions for the media, services and education industries. As a humanities and social science graduate, you will get to know the media world at various locations, including other European countries, and develop business models for the future – your stepping stone to a management career. Our 18-month Business Graduate Program offers the ideal opportunity to become the entrepreneur you are aspiring to be. Push your boundaries! You will develop new business concepts and strategies to shape the future of Bertelsmann whilst benefiting from targeted training and leadership mentoring.
