What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

To me, #DreamInDior is the embodiment of elegance, creativity, and vision – a gateway to a world where dreams don’t just exist, they flourish. #DreamInDior is about stepping into a House that celebrates both tradition and bold innovation. As an Assistant Product Manager for textile accessories, I have the privilege not only to participate in the thinking of our next iconic Dior products but also to contribute to their evolution.  This journey gives me a deep feeling of fulfillment as I continually strive to deliver the best on each task.

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amazes me the most is Dior's unwavering dedication to perfection and detail in every aspect, from the initial sketches of a new collection to the final product. Being part of the accessories team allows me to experience every angle of the product manager's missions while collaborating alongside passionate teams – from Merchandising to Studio and Product Development– who bring a vibrant energy to everything they do. Each day, I’m inspired by our shared commitment to excellence, and that spirit keeps me motivated to give my best in everything I undertake.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior enriches my growth journey daily by providing a wealth of learning opportunities and inspiring mentorships. The Women@Dior program, which I joined last year, was transformative. It allowed me to deepen my understanding of leadership, empowered my confidence, and cultivated connections that continue to shape my experience. Now, as I take on new challenges within the accessories team, Dior’s commitment to continuous learning pushes me to expand my horizons, nurture my skills, and pursue my ambitions with purpose and resilience!

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

At Dior, I’m surrounded by a supportive team that feels like a family. When faced with challenges, I rely on my colleagues and especially my manager Mathilde Chovino, a dedicated woman who brings a wealth of experience, insight, and encouragement. The whole accessories team owns a collaborative spirit and genuine passion for what everyone does, which inspires me daily and provides a foundation I can lean on. Knowing that we share a mutual commitment to excellence, I feel empowered to overcome obstacles and find innovative solutions together as we move forward as one.
