The main two operating in Europe are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC). This means Cola-Cola careers are spread across multiple companies. The Coca-Cola Company

The Coca-Cola Company has both graduate and non-graduate trainee roles across many of their business areas, from transportation and logistics, HR and engineering to operations and customer services. Coca-Cola has a structured learning system in place not only to get trainees up to speed, but also to allow employees to continually develop and progress in their roles. Coca-Cola also has a dedicated management trainee programme for graduates wanting to fast-track their paths to a leadership position.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

From internships, 9- to 12-month work placements and graduate programmes to entry-level positions across all departments, CCEP is a great place to start your career in the beverage industry. The company has a strong focus on training, and even has its own learning and development app so employees can keep track of their progress and take control of their own career opportunities. Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company

CCHBC has trainee positions across all of its departments:

These entry-level jobs are designed for people with little to no work experience; all they ask is that you’re enthusiastic and eager to learn. For university graduates there’s also the CCHBC RISE management trainee programme, which features several rotations and trains graduates over two years in core business skills and management techniques.
