Coca-Cola Europacific Partners apprenticeships
CCEP offers apprenticeships in sales, merchandising, food technology and engineering. There are varying durations and levels of apprenticeship, from foundation right through to degree-level, so you can take your skills as far as you want. Apprenticeships involve working in your core team as well as collaborating with colleagues from other areas, potentially at other sites. Alongside your work, you’ll be given learning time, including days at college or university depending on the programme.
Food technologist apprenticeships
This is a broad quality, environment, safety and health (QESH) programme within the Food Safety team. It’s a technical-scientific apprenticeship that lends itself to people with an analytical mind. You’ll have the opportunity to visit different manufacturing sites as well as collaborating with testing labs. You could progress to study for a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Technology.
Field sales apprenticeships
These apprenticeships are all about meeting sales targets by connecting with customers, from small convenience stores, bars and restaurants to big names and wholesalers. You’ll be pushed outside your comfort zone and supported in your development. And to mix things up, you may get the chance to do customer visits. This programme suits people will great communication skills.
Merchandising apprenticeships
Merchandising and customer service apprenticeships are great if you have good people skills and like to be hands-on. You’ll receive specialised training in multiple business and skill areas and get to visit customers to discuss product visibility and availability.
Engineering apprenticeships
For technically minded problem-solvers, engineering apprenticeships are a great choice. Bottling involves a vast amount of cutting-edge machinery that needs to be kept in tip-top condition. You’ll have classes at college and, as you progress, could also study for a degree.
